PAG launches renewables platform after First Solar Japan acquisition
PAG →PAG announced its wholly owned PAG Renewables platform and confirmed PAG Real Assets-managed funds had completed acquisition of First Solar's Japan project-development platform. July 6 is the announcement date, not an inferred transaction closing date.
