Aflac signs minority investment and private-credit mandate with Varagon

Aflac Global Investments announced plans to acquire a minority stake in direct lender Varagon Capital Partners and committed to invest up to $3 billion in middle-market loans over multiple years. The mandate ceiling is not the acquisition purchase price.
