BioRay agrees strategic financing round
PAG →BioRay announced final agreements for strategic financing involving a foreign sovereign wealth fund and domestic funds. PAG and Hisun remained its two largest shareholders. No unnamed investor is identified and no financing amount is assigned to PAG.
