PAG and Dalian Wanda agree investment restructuring

PAG and Dalian Wanda signed an investment agreement under which existing investors would reinvest redeemed proceeds into Zhuhai Wanda. The proposed 60% ownership was collective to PAG and other investors, not PAG alone.
