BlackRock completes HPS acquisition

BlackRock completed the acquisition of HPS and established Private Financing Solutions. Scott Kapnick, Scot French and Michael Patterson lead the combined platform, which integrates private credit, GP/LP solutions and CLO businesses. HPS and its flagship fund strategies retain their branding.
