HPS and Lunate launch Strategic Solutions Partners collaboration

HPS and Lunate announced a platform targeting privately negotiated preferred and common equity and related debt for large US and European companies. Lunate projected a long-term anchor commitment of at least USD1 billion. Launch remained subject to customary approvals. The firms also planned to facilitate access for MENA investors.
