Schroders innovation trust investment Araris Biotech acquired by Taiho

Taiho Pharmaceutical agreed to acquire Araris Biotech for $400m upfront and up to $740m contingent milestones. Schroders Capital Global Innovation Trust held Araris and disclosed expected proceeds from its stake; full deal price is not Schroders' share.
