MUI commences Corus Hyde Park renovation with ESR-arranged financing
ESR Group →MUI Group commenced renovation of Corus Hyde Park Hotel in London. ESR Europe arranged the financing, advanced by funds managed by Fortress affiliates. This is a renovation milestone, not a second assertion of the July2024 financing close or an ESR balance-sheet loan.
