Schroders exits Schroders Personal Wealth via stake swap with Lloyds

Schroders agreed to transfer its 49.9% Schroders Personal Wealth shareholding to Lloyds Banking Group in exchange for Lloyds' 19.1% Cazenove Capital stake without cash consideration. The deal ended the Schroders Personal Wealth joint venture and gave Lloyds full ownership.
