Schroders Greencoat announces 50:50 digital infrastructure venture and first data-centre site

Schroders Greencoat and Greencoat Renewables plc established a 50:50 joint venture in green digital infrastructure and acquired a site in Ireland with approval for an initial 36MW data-centre development. Acquisition pricing was not disclosed.
