ESR Group receives CSRC approval for its public logistics REIT in China

China’s securities regulator approved the registration and listing of ESR China REIT. ESR is sponsor and project manager; AVIC Fund is the licensed REIT manager and China Merchants Securities the financial adviser. Forecast distributions are not realised fund returns.
