ESR secures US$2.5 billion syndicated sustainability-linked facilities

ESR secured five-year syndicated sustainability-linked term-loan and revolving-credit facilities totalling US$2.5 billion for general corporate purposes, working capital and refinancing. Lead arrangers were HSBC Singapore, Mizuho, MUFG, OCBC, UOB and CIMB Singapore.
