ESR Completes Privatisation, Strengthens Leadership Team

ESR marked its first day as a privately held entity following HKEX delisting. The shareholder group includes Starwood Capital, SSW Partners, Sixth Street, Warburg Pincus, QIA and ESR founders, with OMERS and SMBC rolling equity. ESR also announced leadership appointments.
