Ipsen agrees €200m upfront acquisition of Memo Therapeutics

Ipsen agreed to acquire Switzerland's Memo Therapeutics for €200m upfront plus future contingent consideration; Memo was held by Schroders Capital Global Innovation Trust. Agreement announced 1 July and completed later in July.
