Schroders Capital raises $1.3bn at final close of Global Direct IV

Schroders Capital announced the final close of its flagship co-investment fund Global Direct IV at $1.3bn. The manager cited exits across AerFin, Saber Power Services and Pharmacy2U and $5bn of broader private equity fundraising during 2026; the fund figure should not be confused with company-wide AUM.
