AEW completes Madrid retail forward-funding acquisition
AEW →AEW completed the acquisition of 45 Calle de Fuencarral in Madrid on behalf of an unnamed fund through a forward-funding arrangement. ASG Iberia Advisors and Talus Real Estate had redeveloped the asset, which was leased to Decathlon.
