Nuveen completes acquisition of Schroders

Nuveen, owned by TIAA, completed its acquisition of Schroders plc on 1 October 2026 following the February recommended offer. Combined platform approximately $2.6tn AUM; this is NOT Schroders standalone AUM. Schroders is operating separately during initial integration, with Richard Oldfield leading Schroders.
