AEW and Foundry acquire Allegro Hyde Park

Foundry Commercial announced that it acquired Allegro Hyde Park in Tampa alongside AEW. Allegro Living, Foundry’s wholly owned senior-living management platform, would continue operating the property. The same release also recapped the separately announced Harrington Park acquisition.
