AEW and Foundry acquire Allegro Harrington Park

JLL announced the sale of Allegro Harrington Park by a PGIM and Allegro Senior Living joint venture to a joint venture of AEW Capital Management and Foundry Commercial. Allegro remained operator and a joint-venture partner. JLL also arranged a five-year acquisition loan from an unnamed life insurer.
