John Laing announced completion of its acquisition of the Convention Centre Dublin operating group from InfraBridge-managed Irish Infrastructure Fund following regulatory approval. The operating group's legal holding entity is RM Convention Centre Holdings Limited; this is not a direct sale of the physical building by DigitalBridge.
