DigitalBridge Closes Sale of Other Equity & Debt Portfolio to Fortress Investment Group

DigitalBridge completed the sale of most of its legacy Other Equity & Debt real-estate portfolio to Fortress. One asset was excluded from the transaction and certain transfers were scheduled later.
