Goldman Sachs and T. Rowe Price announce private-markets investment collaboration

Goldman Sachs and T. Rowe Price announced a partnership to develop public-private investment solutions for retirement and wealth clients. Goldman disclosed its intention to acquire up to USD 1bn in T. Rowe Price shares for up to 3.5% ownership, not a completed purchase.
