WideOpenWest (WOW!), Inc. to be Taken Private by DigitalBridge Group, Inc. and Crestview Partners in $1.5 Billion Transaction

WOW signed a take-private agreement with affiliated funds of DigitalBridge Investments and Crestview. Crestview planned to roll its existing shares; closing was still subject to conditions.
