NPS-managed-account partnership participates in announced Coastal GasLink investment

KKR announced an agreement with AIMCo to acquire a combined 65% interest in Coastal GasLink from TC Energy. KKR stated that its investment would be made primarily through a separately managed infrastructure account in partnership with NPS. Neither the consortium percentage nor project construction cost is treated as NPS’s stake or contribution. This was a signing announcement.
