NPS and Scape acquisition vehicle buys Aveo Group

Transaction counsel MinterEllison reported that Scape had acquired Aveo Group from Brookfield in an AUD 3.85 billion transaction. Its financing work supported a bid company ultimately owned by Scape and NPS. The transaction value is not NPS’s equity contribution. July 15 is the counsel announcement date, not a proven exact closing date.
