Long Harbour confirms NPS seed commitment as UK housing fund adds capital

Long Harbour reported that NPS provided a GBP 300 million seed equity commitment in December 2024 to the Long Harbour Single Family Housing Fund. A subsequent GBP 100 million National Housing Bank commitment brought total strategy commitments to GBP 400 million. The latter total is not attributed to NPS.
