NPS acquires Melbourne Quarter Tower
National Pension Service (Korea) →Lendlease announced that NPS acquired a 100% interest in Melbourne Quarter Tower, with Lendlease Funds Management managing the investment. This is a dated property investment, not a standalone operating company. The value of the wider Melbourne Quarter precinct is not represented as NPS’s purchase price.
