NPS-owned purchaser completes acquisition of 5 Broadgate holding company

CK Asset disclosed signing and completion on March 11, 2022 of the sale of Bluebutton Holdco 5 Broadgate (Jersey) Limited to Broadgate Five Holdings (Jersey) Limited, an indirect wholly owned NPS subsidiary. Share consideration was GBP 729.17 million, subject to net-asset adjustment; GBP 1.210 billion was the value ascribed to the property, not the same metric. The target indirectly owned 5 Broadgate.
