NPS named equity-commitment investor in Fortitude Carlyle Asia Reinsurance

Fortitude Re and Carlyle announced the establishment of Fortitude Carlyle Asia Reinsurance, Ltd. and identified NPS among secured equity-commitment investors. The vehicle is a Bermuda reinsurer. Aggregate capital including expected debt is not an NPS commitment, and the release is not treated as proof that NPS’s equity commitment had already closed.
