NPS–Townsend partnership agrees additional Metrics stake, subject to approval

Pinnacle announced that the NPS–Townsend partnership agreed to acquire a further 6.37% of Metrics Credit Holdings Pty Limited, which would bring the partnership’s holding to 9.9%. The transaction was subject to Foreign Investment Review Board approval. This announcement does not establish completion or a current 9.9% holding. The percentage belongs to the partnership, not NPS alone.
