NPS and Hines acquire joint interest in One Madison Avenue
National Pension Service (Korea) →SL Green announced the sale of a combined 49.5% interest in One Madison Avenue to NPS and Hines. The release does not allocate that percentage or their combined equity commitment between the two investors; neither is treated as an NPS-only amount.
