NPS acquires 27.6% interest in One Vanderbilt development
National Pension Service (Korea) →SL Green announced that it had sold a 27.6% interest in One Vanderbilt to NPS and a separate 1.4% interest to Hines. This records the completed 2017 transaction, not a current ownership percentage. Combined investor equity commitments are not assigned wholly to NPS.
