NPS and Hines form global build-to-core development joint venture
National Pension Service (Korea) →NPS and Hines formed a USD 1.5 billion equity joint venture targeting urban-infill mixed-use, residential, office and logistics development globally. Hines participates as co-investor and developer. The stated amount is total joint-venture equity, not an NPS-only commitment.
