NPS updates proxy-voting and stewardship guidelines
National Pension Service (Korea) →The Fund Management Committee approved revisions to proxy-voting guidelines concerning company treasury-share retention and disposal plans. It also discussed implementation procedures for stewardship monitoring of NPS and domestic-equity external managers.
