KIA exits CDPE Investimenti stake to CDP Equity
Kuwait Investment Authority →CDP Equity completed its purchase of KIA’s approximately 22.88% stake in CDPE Investimenti for approximately EUR 162 million on 20 October 2025. This was a sale of KIA’s stake; the later merger had a separate effective date.
