Tishman Speyer acquires partially completed Elements building in Berlin

Transaction counsel BCLP reported that Tishman Speyer acquired the partially completed Elements building at Michaelkirchstraße 22–23 through Tishman Speyer European Ventures IX. The acquisition arose from an insolvency-plan process. Building completion was forecast for mid-2026; this was not a future transaction-closing date.
