Breakthrough secures Pfizer lease and launches Pfizer Ignite collaboration

Breakthrough announced a 15-year Pfizer Oncology lease at Torrey View and a separate global strategic collaboration providing StudioLabs clients access to Pfizer Ignite. It named Mitsui Fudosan America, IMCO and AP2 as co-equity partners in Torrey View, not tenants or fund LPs inferred from the project.
