Breakthrough acquires majority interest in Callan Ridge with Healthpeak

Breakthrough announced acquisition of a 65% interest in the Callan Ridge life-science campus in San Diego, with developer Healthpeak retaining 35%. The property was fully leased to Turning Point Therapeutics. These property-level percentages are not ownership percentages of Healthpeak or Tishman Speyer.
