Buyer counsel Schoenherr confirmed Tishman Speyer’s acquisition of Milestone Wien Erdberg from Raiffeisen Property Holding International through a share deal. The mixed-use complex includes student housing, serviced apartments, office and retail space. No unnamed property company or specific fund owner is invented.
