Tishman Speyer refinanced The Spiral through a five-year fixed-rate CMBS loan led by JPMorgan Chase, with Bank of America, Goldman Sachs and Wells Fargo as co-lenders. The source also confirms Rockefeller Center’s earlier loan closed on October 18, 2024.
