The Spiral secures construction financing and Pfizer anchor lease

Tishman Speyer announced financing for The Spiral and a Pfizer anchor lease. Equity was supplied by Tishman Speyer and other investors, with a construction loan from Blackstone Mortgage Trust. Aggregate project financing is not Tishman Speyer’s own investment amount.
