Rockefeller Center refinanced through CMBS loan

Tishman Speyer announced refinancing of Rockefeller Center through a five-year single-asset single-borrower CMBS loan. Bank of America and Wells Fargo were co-lead managers. Rockefeller Center was co-owned by Tishman Speyer and Henry Crown & Co.; the loan is property financing, not corporate AUM.
