Tishman Speyer and Mitsui Fudosan America formed a programmatic joint venture for U.S. industrial acquisition, development and redevelopment. Initial capital comes from an affiliate of Mitsui Fudosan America and Tishman Speyer co-investment. No unnamed affiliate commitment is attributed directly to the parent.
