Chrysler Building ground lease finalized with Cooper Union

Tishman Speyer and Cooper Union finalized a 150-year ground lease for the Chrysler Building. PSP Investments is a lead institutional investor alongside other partners. Cooper Union remains landowner; the transaction is not a fee-simple property acquisition.
