Hines industrial venture acquires Dagenham site

A venture between Hines, Chancerygate and an unnamed Credit Suisse-managed fund acquired the Rainham Road site in Dagenham. Rexel was the prior owner; the fund manager is not substituted as direct investor. Project development value is not purchase price.
