Hines venture agrees East Midlands logistics forward funding

Hines and an unnamed joint-venture investment partner committed to forward-fund logistics projects on four East Midlands business parks. The venture acquired the freeholds from Clowes Developments, which would develop the facilities. Clowes is not identified as the unnamed equity co-investor.
