Hines announces Enclave Point venture

Hines entered a joint-venture agreement with an unnamed subsidiary of New York Life Insurance Company to develop Enclave Point in Surprise, Arizona. The unnamed subsidiary is not replaced by the insurer parent as the direct investor.
