Goldman Sachs agrees to acquire NEOS Investments

Goldman Sachs announced an agreement to acquire NEOS Investments, an options-based income ETF provider managing USD 30bn across 19 ETFs as of June 30, 2026. The transaction is intended to expand Goldman Sachs Asset Management's active ETF business.
