NPS and Hines form global build-to-core venture

Korea’s National Pension Service and Hines announced a USD 1.5 billion equity joint venture for global build-to-core developments. Hines was a co-investor and responsible for sourcing and development execution. The amount describes the whole venture, not either partner’s individual commitment.
