DigiFT and Hines collaborate on tokenized distribution

DigiFT announced a collaboration with Hines for regulated tokenization and distribution of an indirect investment in a Hines-sponsored real estate portfolio. Underlying fund structures are unchanged. This is not a disclosed Hines equity acquisition of DigiFT.
